Another great friendship developing is BB Jody Kamisato and LB Skyler. LB Sky was once so shy that he hid under the table the first time he met BB Jody. Since then, 8 yrs. later, the boys have done TV gigs, speaking engagements and co-emceed a Whole Foods anniversary celebration and our own Bowl For Kids’ Sake last year. This year the pair graced the cover of the BBBS of America National Conference program booklet. The boys go hiking, visit places of interest, tried wind surfing, play sports and they love to eat & talk. Jody has taught LB Sky how to find good in a negative situation and to make more positive decisions for himself. Check out the video the boys produced when LB Sky was only 10 yrs. of age talking about the unique friendship they share. Very heartwarming to hear the boys speak about their relationship.
