Your participation supports ʻAʻALIʻI Mentoring, a program that helps young adults from underserved communities navigate and persevere in higher education. Many students face challenges far beyond the typical transition to college, including academic, financial, familial, and personal hardships, often without access to the resources or opportunities they need. With the guidance of a trained volunteer adult mentor, these young people gain a caring advocate who offers encouragement, models leadership and life skills, and helps them unlock their full potential.
By joining this event, you’re not only enjoying the game—you’re helping Hawai‘i’s youth rise above obstacles and achieve their higher education dreams.
