In 2019, Big Brothers Big Sisters Kauaʻi held a Perfect Pairing that featured amazing chefs and beverage purveyors. We are doing it again but bigger and better! Chef Mark Oyama is working his magic bringing in two mainland chefs, three amazing neighbor island chef and some of Kauai’s finest.Contributions to this gala event gives us an opportunity to continue supporting our mission of providing one-to-one mentorship for the children of Kauaʻi. A mission that is
more important than ever. Throughout the years, our Community Partners have helped to positively impact so many of Kauai’s keiki. We can’t do it without you! We thank you for believing in this mission to help Kauai’s keiki reach their full potential through one-to-one genuine and caring mentoring relationships. Children and youth who participate in our programs experience an increase in self-esteem, better relationships with adults and peers, improved grades, and awareness of post- secondary school opportunities and careers.

Big Brothers Big Sisters Hawai'i supports keiki from 6 yrs old and up through our one-to-one mentoring relationships which support their social and emotional development
Our youth-centered programs help our keiki create and achieve goals through the connection and support of their mentors. Each child, mentor, and family unit is guided through the process of enrollment, volunteerism, and support by all of our staff. We become 'ohana to ensure that the social and emotional needs of youth are being met and that every keiki has an opportunity to reach their full potential.
